R. Scott Griemsmann is an award winning, goal-oriented
real estate professional with 10 years of successful
experience in real estate investment sales, asset
management, property management and business development.
As the Team Leader for Griemsmann Realty's California
Office, Mr. Griemsmann specializes in helping
hospitality investment companies identify investment
opportunities specific to their acquisition criteria
and markets of interest.
Mr. Griemsmann has evaluated and presented over
$1 billion in hospitality investments. He has
successfully identified and secured acquisitions
contracts for Lincoln Suites Hotel Washington
D.C. for KOR Hotel Group, Holiday Inn Emeryville
California for RIM Hospitality and Sheraton Four
Points Hotel for The Hotel Group. Primary clients
include KOR Hotel Group, RIM Hospitality, Winston
Hotels, Blackstone Real Estate, The Hotel Group,
Innkeepers USA REIT, Highgate Holdings, MEI Hotels,
and Wright Investment Properties.
